World's Largest Telescope Protested in Hawaii

The governor of Hawaii, acting as mediator in the dispute, has asked for a one week pause in the construction of what will be the world's largest telescope.  The huge construction project is being vigorously protested by indigenous Hawaiians  who claim the project is a desecration of sacred land.
