Almost 50% of respondents said they use manual processes for transferring data between applications, and 45% said they use spreadsheets. In other instances, 30% said they use CSV files. But, only a quarter of respondents said they used custom-built integration. Custom integration is not a process that's readily available to small construction companies simply because of cost and complexity.
