We do it every year like clockwork. Before the clock strikes midnight, we have a laundry list of things we want to do or change to make ourselves a “better me”. But how often do we really stick to these resolutions? Or do we find ourselves halfway through February having only gone to the gym twice, still munching on late night snacks, and having read only 10 pages of that new book? As you ring in 2017, try making small and specific goals, and then hold yourself accountable. You want resolutions that become habits to really make a change in your life. Like wearing a belt everyday. That’s a good one.
