Procore’s products and services are provided by Procore Technologies Inc. (“Procore”). This agreement governs your use of Procore’s Jobsite Community. This is a legal contract--please read it carefully.
Procore grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable privilege to access and use the Site.
You grant Procore and its affiliates a perpetual, nonexclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from any content on the Site, including the right to reproduce your profile, and any names, likeness, photographs, or media contained in your profile.
Access and content: Procore may suspend your access to the Site, suspend or delete your account, or remove any of your content from the Site for any reason at any time. Procore will have no liability for removing, modifying, or continuing to display any content on the Site.
Modification of this agreement: Procore may change, add, or remove any part of this agreement, and any part of the services and features of the Site at any time. The current version of this agreement is available at jobsite.procore.com/terms-and-conditions. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of this agreement, and any changes to it. If you do not accept any future change to this agreement, you must stop using the Site.
Minors: You must be at least 13 years old to create a username and post to the Site. If you are over 13, but have not yet reached the age of majority in your place of residence, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to post to the Site.
Views expressed: Procore does not endorse the content or views expressed on the Site.
No intellectual property rights: Your use of the Site does not give you any intellectual property rights to the Site, its content, or Procore’s services or products.
Feedback: Procore may use any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide through the Site without compensation or obligation to you.
User name: You must create a unique username and password to use the Site. Your username must not be inappropriate, offensive, or attempt to impersonate another person. Procore may remove or suspend any username that violates this agreement.
Notice and communications: You agree to receive notice and other communications from Procore in connection with the Site. You must keep your contact information current.
Dispute resolution: The laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws provisions, govern this agreement. Disputes arising from this agreement will be litigated in the state or federal courts of Santa Barbara County, California.
Termination: Procore may terminate your access to the Site at any time if you violate any of the terms contained herein, or for any other legally permissible reason, at Procore’s discretion. If Procore terminates your access, you agree that you will lose your right to use and access the Site, your user account may be deleted, and you may lose access to all your content.
No warranty; limitation of liability; hold harmless: Procore provides the Site as is, with no warranties of any kind. Procore does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or quality of any content on the Site. Procore is not liable for any damages, injury, claims, or losses resulting from: your use of the Site or any of its content; other users’ use of the Site; or your interactions with other users on the Site. You agree to hold Procore and its affiliates harmless from and defend them against any claims or suits related to your use of the Site, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
It is Procore’s policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”). For more information about Procore’s DMCA procedures, please see our “Copyright Policy”. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is also your consent to the copyright practices described in our Copyright Policy. Procore may terminate any user’s access to the Website if Procore determines that user is a “repeat infringer.”
You agree to abide by the following guidelines for using the Site:
Be polite and constructive. Do not harass, abuse, or harm another person.
All content you post must be your own work. Do not post content that includes advertising; is inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory; or that violates the law or anyone’s intellectual property rights. Do not use content from the Site unless you obtain permission from its owner.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the Site. Do not use manual or automated software, devices, scripts, or other means to access, scrape, crawl, or spider the Site or any related information. Do not use bots or other automated methods to add or download content to the Site. Do not frame, mirror, or otherwise simulate the appearance or function of the Site. Do not send spam or other unwelcome communications to others.
Be honest. Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a person or identity.
In addition to the guidelines above, you agree that your use of the Site will abide by all local and national laws.
If you have complaints or concerns about the content of the Site or the behavior of its users, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you violate this agreement, Procore may:
- Remove content you have posted to the Site, with or without giving you notice;
- Suspend your account and/or your ability to participate in and use the Site;
If you post or send offensive content on or to the Site, or engage in repeated and/or serious disruptive behavior, Procore may, as appropriate, inform law enforcement, your internet service provider, your employer, your school, or other third parties of your infringement.
