Orlando Apartment Market Heats Way Up

Orlando’s apartment building blowout will see 7000 new apartments added to city inventory. Despite the flooding of the marketplace, rents in Orlando are continuing to rise, as work remains plentiful and millennials move into the city for the good-paying jobs on offer. In June 2016, the average rent was up by $79 to settle at $1,153; up 7% from the same month the previous year.
