The apparent rise of general safety enforcement on the construction jobsite is increasing both awareness of the safety issue, and the involvement of attorneys in the construction process. The Manhattan trench collapse death of Carlos Mancayo in 2015, and the subsequent charges again the parent company, Harco, have drawn the attention of industry-watchers everywhere.
