James McHugh, Construction Company Pioneer, Dies at 90

Construction  innovatorJames P.  McHugh has passed away at 90. The pioneer builder took on some of the largest and most iconic structures in Chicago and made early use of such game-changers as fiberglass concrete forms, and the climbing tower crane which scaled the rising building and worked as it went.
