Is that really possible? These days it feels like the ideas of optimism and positivity have run amok. It's not easy to maintain a smile every second on a stressful job. You know that more than anyone. But here's the truth... it's okay to have real reactions. A sigh is just a sigh. So long as you look ahead, focus on solutions, and try not to let setbacks derail all your hard work. But when you can, find something to smile about (like the upcoming weekend ), because you will feel better. Oh–and when you do smile, make sure you don't have broccoli stuck in your teeth!
