Sometimes there are days where you look around and the only thing you can think to yourself is, “I am the only competent person here!” When the jobsite feels chaotic and disorganized, you can probably pin the blame on this likely culprit… miscommunication. So, what can you do? Take a deep breath and try again. Whatever you decide, just remember while there may be no “I” in team, there is an “e”, and that stands for “everyone.” And in construction, we all know that no one person can get the job done - it does take a team (in the real sense).
